Rose Cottage Farm offers holiday cottages situated in Sutton-under-Whitestonecliffe near Thirsk in North Yorkshire. Rose Cottage Farm comprises two oak beamed separate self catering holiday cottage units which individually cater for two adults sharing. Briar and Bramble's cottage are located adjacent to each other, making the accommodation of larger parties possible by booking both cottages at the same time.
Briar CottageOne bedroomed, beamed holiday cottage comprising a delightful bedroom (super king or twin bed) with a separate bathroom and shower on the ground floor. Upstairs there is an open plan lounge/dining area which is separated from a fully fitted kitchen by a large oak beam.
The kitchen in the self catering cottage contains a full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge with 3 star freezer compartment and comes complete with large storage cupboards. The view from the lounge overlooks the patio, pergola and open countryside.
Bramble CottageOne bedroomed beamed self catering cottage comprising a delightful bedroom (king sized bed) with en suite shower and facilities on the ground floor. Upstairs is an open plan lounge/dining area and fully fitted kitchen.
The kitchen contains a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge with 3 star freezer compartment. From the lounge, there is a panoramic view across the Vale of York to the Pennines.
More InformationRose Cottage Farm is a pet-friendly accommodation provider. Facilities are available for the accommodation of dogs and cats.
We are able to offer to our visiting guests the use of a secluded des res cat chalet for those people wishing to bring their cats. We do not allow cats in the cottages, but the chalet is bookable for DIY at £10 per week/stay or £5 per day as an attended booking. Cats must have a full current vaccination certificate. We can house 1-3 cats from the same household. Cat litter/food etc., are all purchasable from our premises.
Dogs are allowed, at a charge of £10 per dog per stay. We also have available a fenced off paddock area for exercise.
All linen, towels and heating are included in the price. Full weeks include a welcome pack. Both cottages can be either twin-bedded or king size. Laundry facilities available upon request.

The Herdwick is a rare breed of domestic sheep native to the Lake District of Cumbria in North West England.
Manx Loaghtan and Portland sheep.
The Indian Runner Duck is a breed of domestic duck. They are native to the Indian-sub-continent and Malaysia.
