Brackenborough Hall Coach House offers 3 delightfully converted self-catering apartments in a listed eighteenth century Coach House in the grounds of Brackenborough Hall, a Grade 2 listed moated manor house.

Our wonderful self-catering apartments are ideally situated near Louth in the beautiful, historic county of Lincolnshire and the apartments can accommodate from 1 to 12 people when occupied separately but are also ideal for groups of up to 24 who can enjoy the exclusive use of the entire building.

About the Apartments

There are 2 bedrooms in each apartment and they can accommodate:
Granary – 8 (12 with sofa beds).
Saddle Room – 4 (6 with sofa bed).
Stables – 3/4 (6 with sofa bed).

General facilities in each apartment include:
Open plan kitchens with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge & freezer.
Bathroom with both shower and bath.
Televisions, DVD and CD players.
Fully central heated throughout.
Bed linen, towels, tea towels and cleaning materials.
Fairtrade tea and coffee on arrival.

Shared facilities include:
Grounds and gardens, lawn tennis court, access to farm walks, parkland and deserted medieval village.
Barbeques.
Plentiful off-street parking.
Secure bicycle shed.
Reception area with table tennis, books, maps, leaflets, walking/cycling guides, toys, games and DVDs.
Fishing/tours of the farm, by arrangement.
Children’s play area.

Each apartment has an individual outdoor seating area. Visitors are welcome to relax/play in the extensive Hall gardens and grounds and to use the grass tennis court and lawns for croquet/clock golf/football/barbeques. There are beautiful walks on the surrounding farm are on the doorstep, giving opportunities to enjoy the peaceful countryside. Fishing is by arrangement on one of our farm’s ponds. There is ample parking near the Coach House and storage for bicycles.

At Brackenborough there are lots to do whether you're on the farm, in Louth, at the coast or in the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Lincolnshire produces amazing specialty foods. When staying at Brackenborough you can sample them in our nearby cafes, restaurants and pubs, or cook them yourself with ingredients from our local shops, markets and our garden.
