On the edge of a pretty village and surrounded by unspoiled countryside Bainvalley Cottages make an ideal base for exploring all that Lincolnshire has to offer. Set in beautiful grounds with an abundance of peace and tranquillity at the end of a private road we are fortunate to have 4 great holiday cottages, which we love to share. With country walks from your cottage door, and dog friendly beaches all year round we are a great place to bring your four legged friends. Oodles of space both inside and out with a range of accommodation to cater for everyone from singles to large groups and even furry friends. The cottages will easily accommodate 14 and are ideal for friends or family reunions - everybody can dine together and the outside area is for you. Underfloor heating and free WiFi are provided throughout all of the properties.
South and North CottageDownstairs, the cottages are open plan, a lounge with a wood burning stove, a spacious kitchen and dining area equipped with all the appliances required to make your stay a home from home experience. There is also a downstairs toilet/cloak room as well as a garden room leading onto a patio area and the lawn. There is an inter-connecting door in the kitchen area which allows both cottages to be used as one large area – dining in one side and seating in the other. Upstairs there are two bedrooms in each cottage the main having a king sized bed, the second a twin bedded room and a family bathroom with both a separate bath and corner power shower, heated towel rail, toilet and wash basin.
The BachThis is the perfect bolthole for two - the open plan living room with kitchen and dining area has been tastefully furnished with lots of room for your furry friend as well as you! There is a super king bed with luxurious bedding and a wetroom with a large rain shower. The patio doors open onto a courtyard looking to the open fields. The Bach is all on one level making it easy for everybody.
The ShambaWith views across the unspoilt farm land, this single storey barn conversion has a light and spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living room. There is a patio door which leads out onto your own private patio with only the stock proof fence separating it from the adjacent field. The kitchen is well equipped with all you will need. There is a dining table with 6 chairs and a number of kitchen units with more than enough saucepans and crockery for your stay. There are two leather settees around a coffee table with a large LED TV on the wall. Rebecca our daughter has created some African art work for the walls to be in keeping with the theme – it enhances the beauty of the rooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed with luxurious 400 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding. The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be zipped together to become a super king size bed. The wet room has a large rain shower, heated towel rail, vanity unit and toilet.
The accommodation is completely on one level making it suitable for a family with an elderly relative
Visiting Hemingby & Exploring LincolnshireThis is a fantastic base for walking and cycling, there are many panoramic walks in the area including the Viking Way. We too have an annual Wolds Walking Festival. The perfect base to explore Lincolnshire's rich aviation heritage with the Red Arrows, International Bomber Command Centre, RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and Lincolnshire Aviation Centre to name but a few.
