An entrance hall with cloakroom (W.C.) leads into a comfortable sitting room with open fire. A separate dining room, seating eight, leads off the kitchen. A utility room provides space for drying mucky boots.
The modern bathroom includes a separate shower cubicle and heated towel rail.
Outside is a spacious garden. There are unspoiled views from all rooms, over open fields and woodland.

The nearest small town is Wragby which has 2 cafes, 2 pubs (1 serving food), a Co-op, Newsagent, Take-Aways and butchers. Slightly further afield is Market Rasen which is famous for the only racecourse in Lincolnshire. It has also had a market since the 1300s.
This area is a mecca for walkers and bird watchers. Wildlife include buzzards, barn owls, deer, badger and butterflies.
