About The Shepherds Barn
The large original barn doorway leads into the galleried entrance hall with oak floor and magnificent modern chrome chandelier. The oak central staircase and the clever detailing of the shepherds crooks which don this unique barn, give you the first taste of the standard and individuality which every room has to offer. The oak floor platform step takes you into the spacious contemporary living area which consists of a 30 foot lounge with leather seating. The integral TV, DVD and music system is available for your use. The magnificent real flame driftwood fire set in a marble basket, reaches from floor to ceiling. It is only thing that separates the living space from the dining room; therefore the one fire can be enjoyed from which ever room you choose to be in. The 20 foot high ceiling allows these rooms to expose the traditional architectural features and grandeur of space of the original barn.
The three spacious en suite rooms are finished to the highest standards: master king-size / family en suite (ground floor), double. and twin (first floor) and all have unspoilt views out to the countryside and the Quernmore valley
