Downstairs comprises a lovely cosy lounge with wood burning stove, Freeview TV, DVD & Free Wi-Fi. French windows open on to the veranda for glorious views to the Broughton hills. There is also a twin bedroom and a bathroom. The large fully equipped kitchen/dining area has seating for up to 8 guests. A utility room completes the downstairs with washer/drier and space for boots, coats and dog basket.

Upstairs there are two further bedrooms; a king sized and a twin, both of which are en suite. The landing between the two is large enough for a sofa bed which sleeps two comfortably.

All linen, towels, heating and electricity included in the price.

Your holiday house is situated in peaceful surroundings at the edge of our livestock farm less than 2 miles from Biggar where you will find everything from restaurants to the world famous Victorian Puppet Theatre.
