About CarnwethersWe have four cottages available, all of which have been award 4 Stars by Visit England. They are set within an acre of well-stocked gardens; which guests are very welcome to wander and enjoy during their stay. You can hire the cottages individually or collectively, accommodating a party of 14 people when letting all cottages.
As well as full use of the gardens, guests can also enjoy the following facilities during their stay:
Salt chlorinated solar heated swimming pool.
We have ensured that all of the cottages have been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. Within each cottage you will find:
Wi-Fi internet access.
All rates include electric, heating and hot water.
Dove Lawn and Poolside have their own laundry facilities. A laundry room is situated in the pool room next to the swimming pool, for Secret Garden and Rowan Tree guests. There is also a communal washing line.
Our cottages are in a beautiful part of the island. Whether you are looking for a relaxing holiday or an active break, you will find our cottage a lovely place to return to at the end of the day.
Dove LawnA cosy two bedroom cottage sleeping 4/5 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite and the second room has two zip link beds. This allows the room to be set up as a twin or a super king size bed depending on requirements. The cottage overlooks the croquet lawn and dovecote.
Rowan LawnThis really sweet cottage is a perfect bolt hole for two. It comprises of a king size bedroom with an en suite bathroom. French doors open onto a private patio that overlooks the main garden and swimming pool. The cottage shares laundry facilities with Secret Garden.
Secret GardenLocated on the south side of Carnwethers, this cosy retreat for two ha its own private garden and is perfect for those who want a place to escape. It has been beautifully upgraded and refurbished, offering well-appointed accommodation throughout. The bedroom can be set up as a twin or super king size bed depending on your requirements, please advise when booking.
PoolsideA perfect holiday home for families and friends, this cottage has a prime spot overlooking the swimming pool and can sleep up to 4 people. Both of the bedrooms have twin beds, which can be made into a super king size, please advise when booking which set up you would like. In the lounge, is a sofa bed to sleep a fifth person. Please let us know if this is required when booking.
Visiting Pelistry & Exploring Isles of ScillyOur cottages are in a very quiet spot, surrounded by wild fields. It is just a five minute stroll to the most stunning and secluded beach at Pelistry Bay (one of Scilly’s best) and our wonderful coastal path. The beach looks out across the St Martin’s and the Eastern Isles. It is right opposite Toll’s Island – reachable at lower tides and a paradise for children (and adults) looking to live the ‘Swallows & Amazon’ dream!
