Cothill Barn

Bedroom 1:
Spacious and luxurious with its king size bed with hand made bed head, roll top bath and separate room with wash basin and loo, this is the room for quiet contemplation. There is room for a cot or Z bed.

Bedroom 2:
What makes this room special is the little gallery with its great views towards the Black Mountains; beneath it is room for a child’s bed. King size bed, stylish separate shower, washbasin and WC.

Bedroom 3:
This super ground floor room, formerly the 'duck cot' takes rustic simplicity a stage further – it has antique French twin beds and separate big en suite bathroom with rolltop bath and shower over.

Bedroom 4:
The other ground floor room, it is easily accessible and has a 4 foot antique French double bed. It comes with a large wet room with accessible jet power shower, patio doors and views across the fields.

Kitchen:
The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with all you need from creating dinner parties to a quick breakfast on the run. There’s a 4 oven range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and plenty of cooking utensils, glasses, crockery and cutlery.

Hallway:
A small loo has been cleverly fitted under the stairs and the iPod/CD/radio is also in the hall.

Sitting Room:
With its cosy wood burner in the corner and soft lighting, this is the place to chill on one of the squashy sofas after a day in the countryside.

Snug/ Bedroom 5 /Children’s Room:
Lovely room with a glazed door to the enclosed garden, a double sofa bed and, of course wi-fi access.

Utility/Dog Room:
The place we all need – somewhere to leave the ‘stuff’ and do the washing.

Outside:
An enclosed garden with a fire pit to take the chill off at night, a hammock, a rope swing, a small orchard and lots of places to sit and take in the stunning views with plenty of parking.

Galleried Landing & Balcony:
A lovely, light reading space with great views over the valley. Enjoy the sunshine on the balcony or watch the storms gathering from the gallery.

The Stable

Bedroom 1:
Spacious and lofty room with a king size bed and great high tech en suite with walk in rainstorm shower and WC. There’s plenty of room for a child’s guest bed or cot. A TV/DVD player is available.

Bedroom 2:
A comfortable twin bedded room with a high window overlooking the old farmyard - it has an en suite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and retro style Roberts’ radio with iPod docking and plenty to read.

Downstairs loo.

Understairs Cupboard:
Here you will find lots of helpful bits and pieces.

Utility Room:
Just the place to leave dirty boots – and dogs, heated for the little darlings of course!
All the necessities are hidden away here: washing machine, tumble dryer, boot rack and sink etc.

Living Room:
Comfortable sofas, a super wood burner, TV/DVD, radio/CD player/iPod dock, wi-fi connection, a second dining area and views of the countryside are a contrast to the original use of this relaxing space. We've left a few reminders of the four farm cart horses that were the last inhabitants!

Kitchen:
The kitchen/breakfast room is fully equipped with all you will need – from creating dinner parties to a quick breakfast on the run. There’s a state of the art oven/microwave/grill and a full size single oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery & glasses. We've also included a few nostalgic touches, such as Granny's china tea set.

Outside:
The large enclosed garden has wonderful views down into the valley and across to the Black Mountains, with lots of sitting areas to enjoy the peaceful scenery. In the rustic garden shed you'll find extra garden chairs and a small garden fire pit. The large gravelled parking area has room for several cars.
