Old Bridge Cottage and Riverside Studio

Summary

Old Bridge Cottage and Riverside Studio are located on the banks of the River Avon. This is in the pretty market town of Ringwood. The house and studio can be rented out as one and sleep 15 people in total.

A heated outdoor pool is available Easter to Mid October or relax in the hot tub and sauna. There is 100 feet of riverbank, with fishing rights and tackle shops a couple of hundred yards away.

Old Bridge Cottage - Sleeps up to 11

This cottage has:

The main hallway leads to the dining/reception hall and large kitchen/dining area. Appliances include a:

Five ring ceramic hob.
Electric fan oven.
Combination oven.
Full size integrated dishwasher.
Fridge/freezer.

There is a separate utility room with large American washing machine and tumble dryer.

The lounge has two large settees and chair. There is a TV with surround sound DVD player. Doors lead to the sunroom, which looks out to the pool area and garden beyond.

A door from the dining area leads to the snug. This room looks out to the river. This is a lovely room for relaxation. There is a CD stereo system capable of playing MP3 discs. A sofa bed can be pulled out for extra sleeping accommodation.

Riverside Studio - Sleeps up to 4

Sleeps 2 adults and a pull out sofa bed can allow for extra sleeping.

This is completely separate from the main house. A door from the garden leads to a central room with large patio doors. This leads out to decking overhanging the river bank. A small sofa bed and chairs make this a great room to watch the wildlife on the river.

The bedroom has a self contained kitchenette with fridge, cooker and hob. There is an extremely comfortable double bed. The hot tub room leads off of the central room. This contains a:

Six seater sauna.
Quadrant shower.
Basin.
Toilet.
Octagonal hot tub which seats approximately six and sits in its own small conservatory.

Visiting Ringwood & Exploring Hampshire

Ringwood is a market town on the edge of the New Forest. It is an ideal place from which to explore this beautiful part of England. It has many fine places to eat and drink and a variety of shops. There are any number of good pubs nearby, our favourite being the Star Inn in the Market place. This offers excellent local Ringwood Beer and wonderful oriental food.

Rates: £1672 to £3950 per week depending on season.
Maximum of 15 people.
Children are welcome.
Pets are allowed. £25 per pet per stay.
