Tan Y Coed offers stunning self catering accommodation in Arthog. It is in Gwynedd a spectacular rural location and enjoy views of Mawddach Estuary. We are at the southern end of Snowdonia National Park and the perfect base for exploring the local area.

Accommodation

Tan Y Coed offers modern accommodation for up to 8 people. The property has been stylishly furnished with earthly colours and slate interiors. The house boasts underfloor heating.

Our cosy living room has sofas, games, books, TV/Blue ray player and wood burner. An ideal place to relax and unwind. The full equipped open plan kitchen/dining room comes complete with Bertazonni range. Appliances include fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The dining area seats up to 10 people and has full length windows overlooking the mountains.

Four bedrooms are available. Three can be split into twins. Extra single beds and cots are available. The bedrooms have luxurious Sealy posturepedic beds covered in cotton sheets, plump pillows and cosy throws. Two contemporary en suite bathroom comes with walk in showers. One family bathroom comes with a shower and bath.

A large games room has a pool table and football table. A boot room/laundry room is also available.

Cots, highchairs, stairgates and baby monitor are available on request.

Outside is an enclosed garden with seating and a Summer house.

Visiting Arthog & Exploring Gwynedd

Arthog is fortunate to be on the southern end of Snowdonia National Park. It best known for hiking, but there’s plenty more to enjoy: waterfalls, lakes and world class mountain biking. You can also hop on the vintage steam railway that climbs the highest peak in Wales. Further afield in Gwynedd you can explore Penrhyn Castle or play a round at Nefyn & District Golf Club.
