Beach View Cottage is one of three self-catering cottages situated in a peaceful hamlet on the hillside above the stunning Three Cliffs Bay. Located on the Gower Peninsula in South Wales, the area is famous for its dramatic coastline, sandy beaches, and scenic walking trails. The Gower was the first place in the UK to be designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making it a perfect destination for nature lovers, beachgoers and anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday surrounded by breathtaking coastal views.

This newly built, oak-framed, timber-clad cottage has been constructed to a high specification. Its charm lies not only in its breathtaking location but also in the warmth and character provided by traditional oak framing, a limestone floor and solid oak internal doors. Every detail of the interior has been finished to an exceptional standard, creating a relaxing and stylish retreat.

The living area is designed for comfort and enjoyment, offering a stunning sea view. It includes a two-seater sofa, an armchair and a Stressless recliner with a footstool, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully fitted and features a granite worktop, single oven, hob, microwave, under-counter fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Guests will find all necessary pans, crockery and cutlery, along with helpful extras such as a hand blender, iron, ironing board, pegs and a clothes horse.

The master bedroom offers a sea view and a king-size bed, while the second bedroom can be arranged with either a king-size bed or twin beds, depending on guest preference. A separate bathroom includes a shower and WC. All bedding is provided, including a 10.5 tog duvet, anti-allergy pillows and a premium bedding package. Bath towels, hand towels, tea towels and a bath mat are also supplied for convenience.

Positioned at the end of a tarmac lane that leads directly to the bay, the cottage is accessed through a farm gate on the left. It features a private parking space adjacent to the property, with level access for ease of arrival.

From the cottage’s terrace, guests can enjoy the iconic view of Three Cliffs Bay, a scene so striking it features widely in local photography and online representations. This picturesque bay is often described as the jewel of the Gower Peninsula, which holds the distinction of being the UK’s first designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
