All the rooms are comfortably furnished and the kitchen area is well equipped. We provide a TV, a DVD player and a radio/CD player.

There is a shed outside the cottage which can be used to store bicycles. Parking is available at the gable end of the house for a small car but there is also parking in the main square (2 minutes walk from the cottage).

Visiting Pittenweem & Exploring Fife

Pittenweem is a picturesque old fishing village with an interesting historical past. In the centre of the village, most of the brightly painted houses retain the traditional pantiled roofs and many artists live and have galleries in the village, though it remains the only working fishing village in the East Neuk of Fife.

The self catering cottage is situated in the centre of the village and is close to all the amenities. The village has a post office and a range of traditional shops as well as cafes and pubs which serve food (seafood is a speciality).

This part of Fife is renowned for its many fine golf courses and has good walking opportunities with abundant wildlife. There is also a wide range of historical and tourist attractions in the area with a variety of good restaurants and interesting shops.

The cottage is usually let from April to October (Saturday to Saturday) but short breaks can be arranged in the quieter months of the year.
