Crabadon Manor offers 2 self catering properties set in 240 acres of grounds. They are located close to the small village of Halwell, Devon. The market town of Totnes is 4 miles away. Both are set in woodland grounds. This creates a peaceful and secluded atmosphere.

Crabadon Manor

The Manor is a large property sleeping up to 10 people. There is a spacious living room complete with wood burning stove. The large farmhouse kitchen fully equipped with a:

TV.
Aga.
Hob.
Dishwasher.
Cooking utensils.

The bedrooms are all located on the first floor. They consist of 2 doubles and 2 twins. The main double bedroom has an en suite shower room. An annex room is available for 2 children/teenagers.

Guests are welcome to use the shared surrounding woodland. It is a great place to hold a barbeque.

Lily Pond Cottage

Lily Pond is smaller than Crabadon Manor sleeping up to 4 people. This has a fully equipped beamed farmhouse style kitchen/dining room. The lounge is a large room with a beamed ceiling and sofa bed. There is a double en suite bedroom.

It also has use of the surrounding woodland and has barbeque facilities.

Visiting Halwell & Exploring Devon

The coast offers a wide range of activities including:

Sailing.
Surfing.
Fishing.

The South Devon Coastal Path provides some of the most wonderful walks in the UK.
