Accommodation

This holiday cottage comfortably accommodates seven people. Upstairs there are three bedrooms a main bedroom with a king size double and a single bed, another double and a third bedroom with bunk beds. Downstairs there is a large lounge including bay windows that look out to sea. The lounge has a Freeview digital TV, DVD, woodburning stove, dining table and sofas. Plus there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. There is also a separate toilet & washbasin and traditional hallway.

Local Area

Located within walking distance of golf course, sandy beaches and the pretty Burgh Island. The farm has many walks and is located on the beautiful South West Coast Path. Mount Folly Farm is an ideal location for discovering the beautiful South Hams and picturesque Dartmoor National Park.

Rates: From 255 to 1200 per week depending on season.
Maximum of 7 people.
Children are welcome.
Pets are allowed.
