About The Barn
The original barn has been divided into two cottages.When refurbishing the building we have ensured that we rebuilt the property in the original stone. This means that it still has much history and character with all the comforts of modern living. When let together, our cottages can sleep up to 7. Both cottages are well appointed and equipped, ensuring they have everything you need for an enjoyable break away. All bed linen and towels are included.The Acorn Cottage: Sleeps 2 people and is a cosy bolt hole for those who want a relaxing break away. Facilities include:

Open plan living/dining area.
Free superfast Wi-Fi internet access.
Flat screen TV.
DVD player.
En suite bathroom with large walk in shower.
The Oaks: Sleeps 5 people and is suitable for families. There is a king size bedroom with en suite bathroom, twin bedroom with en suite shower room and a single bedroom on the ground floor with an en suite shower cubicle. Facilities include:

TV & DVD player.
Radio.
CD player.
Selection of books and games.
Free superfast Wi-Fi internet access.
Walkers and cyclists are very welcome to stay with us. We have a separate laundry room from across the barn where you can leave any muddy gear or dry your outdoor clothing. Cyclists will also find puncture repair kits here. We also have a lockable store for any equipment.
Visiting Hope & Exploring Derbyshire
Hope is just 2 miles from and is an ideal base for exploring the Peak District National Park. The village is only a short walk from the accommodation and has local shops and pubs.This part of Derbyshire has plenty of activities, attractions and places of interest:
