This fabulous log cabin is part of small, lovely working farm with ponies, Valasis Blacknose & Eco Easycare sheep, donkeys & poultry, providing free range organic egg, locally sourced freshmilk together with the birds & wildlife which visits from the nearby woodland!

Pheasant lodge, log cabin with private hot ub &sauna, & garden, can be enjoyed all year round.! Tastefully furnished tweed & tartans reflecting our closeness to Scotland is exclusively for couples only, child free & pet free.

The beautiful master bedroom with luxury Harrison Spinks eco King size bed, luxurious bedding, pillows, duvets, soft luxurious robes, towels & slippers are provided during your stay.

The log cabin with modern, contemporize living area with Smart TV/DVD, Free view, Wi Fi, Blu ray & Sonos music bar ,Tassimo coffee machine for coffee lovers, dining area & fully integrated kitchen, providing everything to enhance your stay.

French doors lead out onto a large decking, with sunken hot tub, outside furniture for alfresco dinning & BBQ, onward views of the Solway Coast & Northern Lake District fells, open countryside & woodlands closeby.

The area has a wealth of restaurants, cafes, farm shops & farmers markets, fresh milk vending. our own free range organic eggs, providing fabulous locally sourced produce for you to enjoy, both side of the border.

Historic Carlisle our nearest city with plenty of history & interesting places, Tullie House Museum & Art Gallery, Carlisle Castle & Cathedral, or for those you enjoy the Sport of Kings, the excellent Carlisle Racecourse all with many events & activities on offer throughout the year.

To the east Northumberland National Park Hadrian’s Wall, & Klelder Forest. & Water & The Lake District to the south, with many country shows & outdoor activities. Cumbria boastt 8 Michelin star restaurant, (Alluim Askhall Hall, Penrith) stunning scenery & clear dark skies perfect for stargazing!

We have fishing available on the river Esk, both in sides of the Border, walking cycling, swimming retreat less than a mile away, horse riding, paintball, plus many other outdoor activities which can be enjoyed.
