Upfront Holiday Lodges are two timber properties. They are located on the outskirts of Hutton-in-the-Forest. This is a historic house with spectacular gardens. The town of Penrith is a few miles away. This is the hub of the Eden Valley. The lodges provide easy access to Hadrian's Wall and Keswick.

Cedrus Luxury Holiday Lodge

This stylish lodge can accommodate 6 people.

The bedrooms consist of:
Double en suite.
Twin.
Twin with small beds that can be made into a double.

The living space is open plan and fully equipped with:
Dining table.
Fridge/freezer.
Washing machine.
Tumble Dryer.
Dishwasher.
Wi-Fi.

Outside is an enclosed garden with sun deck and countryside views.

Larch Luxury Holiday Cottage

This colourful and angular property sleeps 4. There is a double en suite and twin en suite.

Like Cedrus the accommodation is open plan and well equipped.

Both properties have been designed to have minimum impact on the environment. The timber is mainly larch felled and they are insulated in two layers.

Visiting Hutton-in-the-Forest & Exploring Cumbria

This is a peaceful located, however there is a vegetarian restaurant and coffee shop onsite.

Next door is Hutton-in-the-Forest Country House which is 400 years old. There are various events held here throughout the year.

The area is ideal for walking, cycling and fishing. Penrith is a short drive away. The town has a mixture of shops and places to eat. It is rich in history and provides a selection of attractions such as Penrith Castle.

Cumbria is a rural county, home to The Lake District. it has interesting towns, villages and array of attractions. Some examples of places to visit include:

Scafell Pike.
Hadrian's Wall.
Carlisle Castle.
Furness Abbey.
Yorkshire Dales.
