Tredenham Holiday Cottage comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring two upstairs double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower room and one boasting a wide balcony. On the ground floor, there are two twin bedrooms (one equipped with a washbasin) and a comprehensive family bathroom that includes a walk-in shower, bath, sink and toilet. Additionally, a warm outdoor shower is available for use after beach outings or surfing sessions.

The property's rear garden is a private haven, offering beautiful views. Primarily grassy, it's an ideal spot for peaceful reading, sunbathing, or enjoying a refreshing beverage. Furnished with chairs, tables and a BBQ, it's perfectly equipped for outdoor relaxation and dining.

Visiting Polzeath & Exploring Cornwall

Polzeath is a small village which is home to a fantastic beach and one of the world’s most renowned surfing destinations. The beach is a magnificent stretch of golden sand between Pentire Head to the north and Highcliff to the west. You can also spend a day at Daymer bay. This is another fantastic beach which is ideal for swimmers and wind surfers. Lots of excellent attractions are nearby:
