The Barns at Spring Park offer relaxing, vintage holidays deep in Cornwall’s Tamar Valley, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the peaceful hamlet of Rezare, near Launceston.
There are two-holiday accommodation choices to choose from; both as equally unique and charming in their own way with a combination of modern amenities and vintage styling to ensure you have a truly one of kind experience.
The Old Potting Shed
The Old Potting Shed can sleep up to 4 adults or 2 adults & 2 children and is a clever reinvention of a former old potting shed and has been lovingly resorted and brought up to date whilst retaining its original charm using reclaimed materials, vintage interior and antique china.There are huge picture windows looking out into the garden from the open plan kitchen/dining area which is complete with a large wood-burning stove and a selection of games, jigsaws and playing cards as well as TV and DVD player and selection of DVDs. There are two bedrooms (1 king-size & 1 with 2 singles) both with en suites and one has an Edwardian wooden bed, washstand and wardrobe. All linen and towels are included and we can also provide a cot and high chair for babies if needed.
Farmhouse
Our beautiful property enjoys glorious countryside views and is tastefully furnished throughout. The cottage is brimming with character and full of rustic charm. The large sitting room comes with cosy sofas, a TV and DVD player. A well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliance to suit all your needs. The dining area seats up to 6 people. There are two en suite shower rooms and a family shower room.Outside there is a lovely lawned garden/patio area with a table and chairs. The perfect place for a spot of al fresco dining. The cottage also has a luxurious hot tub to enjoy.
Visiting Rezare & Exploring Cornwall
The Tamar Valley is a wide wooded river valley reaching from Bodmin Moor to Dartmoor, from the beaches of East Cornwall to the towns of West Devon, along the River Tamar, from North Cornwall down past Plymouth to the Rame Peninsula. It is an area rich in beauty, history and stunning scenery and you'll find ancient mines, Tudor houses, stunning gardens, rivers, fishing, sailing, gardens, art and canoeing to name but a few.This area is definitely one of Cornwall's best-kept secrets.
