Inside the cottage is an open plan area with contemporary artworks adorning the walls. A spacious kitchen comes with a range of appliances for home dining: an electric cooker with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, plenty of storage, kitchen table and 2 chairs.

Unwind in the cosy living room which has a sofa, small armchair, side tables, mood lighting, smart TV, electric fireplace suite and 17th Century oak coffer. The bedroom is perfect for a restful night’s sleep and has a king-size bed. The full bathroom has a bath with a shower.

Outside there is an enclosed garden area and a patio area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining when the sun is shining. You can also enjoy lots of walks on Kinblethmont estate.

Kinblethmont is the perfect place to base yourself for a holiday at any time of year. There are golf courses, castles, beaches, outdoor pursuits and visitor attractions close by while the woodland walks and tranquillity of Kinblethmont estate are just on your doorstep. The more adventurous may even decide to check out the snow sports at Glen Shee or the Lecht.
