Bide-A-While provides fantastic self catering accommodation in Knowes of Elrick, set amidst the stunning rolling hills of Banffshire. We are only 1.5 miles from Aberchirder and 8 miles from Banff, making us a great base for exploring Aberdeenshire.

Accommodation

Our modern cottage is nestled in the ground of a private 5-acre croft, ideal for a relaxing holiday in a scenic location. The cottage is beautifully furnished and boasts a terrace and garden, ideal for al fresco dining when the sun is shining.

A delightful lounge enjoys wonderful views of the lush countryside. Ramped patio doors lead out to the garden and patio. Facilities include comfy seating, a leather sofa bed, dining table and chairs, DVD player, Sky TV, Hi-Fi and CD player. Additionally, a range of CDs and DVD are available. The fully-equipped kitchen is great for home cooking and includes a 4 ring electric hob, oven and grill, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.

The bedroom has a super king-size bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and seat, plus a toilet seat raiser if required. All bed linen and towels are included.

Visiting Knowes of Elrick & Exploring Aberdeenshire

The local area has lots of activities to enjoy, including fishing, horse riding, golf, walking, mountain biking, surfing and swimming. The area is home to the famous Whiskey and Castle trails. The Lecht Ski Centre in the Cairngorm National Park is open all year round and from Macduff magical boat trips can be taken for dolphin, whale and bird spotting.
