The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard with ample space for sleeping and relaxing. There is a well equipped kitchen and a shower room with wash basin, shaver point and heated towel rail.

The sofa bed is a state of the art model that converts into a comfortable full sized double bed with down duvet and pillows. We have equipped the apartment with a selection of CDs, DVDs and books to ensure a "home from home" feel after sampling the delights of Stratford. There is Smart TV and Blu-ray DVD/CD player. All linen and towels are included in the rent as is all electricity. Free Wi-Fi Access. You will find the dedicated free parking space a real boon in central Stratford. The apartment is within easy walking distance of all shops.

Golf and fishing are within walking distance as is tennis. There are guided bus, river and walking tours available all year round.

Minerva

This is a one bedroom ground floor apartment having its own front and back doors giving it the feel of a single storey cottage rather than an apartment.

The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a large sitting room with a 3 seater sofa and armchair and a fireplace fitted with a modern electric fire. The sitting area also has free Wi-Fi, LED Freeview Smart TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player. A double bedroom with king size bed, large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, a full-length mirror, Freeview Smart TV. There is a fully tiled bathroom with full-sized bath fitted with an over-bath shower and screen, low-level flush WC, hand basin, shaver point and heated towel rail.

There is a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen/diner which leads out into the car port through the back door. It is equipped with a glass dining table and 4 chairs, a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and oven with hob.

The Stratford-upon-Avon area

Stratford-upon-Avon is a historic South Warwickshire market town located astride the beautiful River Avon. It is the region’s cultural centre and is internationally known as the birthplace of William Shakespeare and home to the Royal Shakespeare Company and its theatres.

The Midlands’ canal network joins the River Avon outside the RST and the basin and surrounding canal network has moorings for the colourful narrow boats.
