Tullyvar Cottage, Ballygawley, Co Tyrone

Tullyvar Cottage is a stunning self-catering cottage decorated to the highest specification. It is located between Ballygawley and Aughnacloy with fabulous mountain views. This is a perfect luxurious country retreat for both a romantic long weekend or a longer family holiday.
Bedroom 1 has a large en suite shower room with sink and toilet. Additional Occupancy - a cot and/or single bed can be included in this room if required. Please ask.
Bedroom 2 can be classified as a single room however it has a small double bed in it if you required an extra bed space for two sharing.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and is situated beside the luxury bathroom with shower, jacuzzi bath and steam room,sink and toilet.
Bedroom 4 has a large double bed and is situated beside the downstairs bathroom with electric shower, bath, sink and toilet.
Bedroom 5 has a single bed with another single bed and mattress underneath if required for additional occupancy. An additional £20 per night will be charged for each person over 8 people. All bedrooms have Televisions and alarm clock radios.
Notes: A luxury BBQ House is provided on a raised garden at the rear of the property. A large table with 10 cushioned seats is situated by the BBQ House. The jacuzzi is a corner jacuzzi style bath located in the main bathroom upstairs. Other Activities: Shooting trips can be organised, off road jeep driving, archery, paint balling, clay pigeon shooting, arts and crafts and lavender health spa.
Rates: £695 to £895 per week depending on season.

Irragh Cottage is built on the townland of Irragh, Glendun. It overlooks Glendun viaduct on the main Cushendall / Ballycastle road. The perfect hideaway for a restful break with commanding views of the valley and hills.
Irragh Cottage has a comfortable living area with stone fireplace, kitchen, utility room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. The Cottage has oil fired central heating as well as a solid fuelled stove.
We have natural spring water, panoramic views and woodland and hill walking (210 acres land) nearby.

Situated on a sandbank above a beautiful sandy beach, this unique cottage has an uninterrupted view over the Irish Sea.
From the garden there is a flight of steps, leading to the unspoilt beach.
Set back from the main road along a private lane, the cottage has a landscaped garden with swing, patio with picnic table, gas barbecue, and garden seat under a leafy sycamore tree and has been recently refurbished throughout.
Sympathetically renovated, it has a fresh charm. The rooms (except the bathroom) have sea views and all rooms (except one bedroom) also overlook gentle County Down countryside. Local attractions include National Trust Properties of Mount Stewart, Greyabbey and Kearney Village. Tennis courts are nearby, exploris aquarium is a short drive away.
3 bedrooms which sleep 5 people. Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Guests can arrive after 4pm on day of arrival and depart before 11 a.m on final day.
