Crowhurst Park features seven delightful styles of lodge – plus the Virginia Special which is equipped for disabled guests to the Park.

All are equipped with colour TV, gas fire, gas cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, cutlery and crockery, cooking utensils, iron and ironing board, bed linen, electric radiators, verandah and picnic table. The cost of any gas or electricity used is also included.

The Virginia Special has been designed with ramp entrance, together with a specially adapted wheelchair-accessible bathroom with hand rails and bath seat. Please note, however, that there are no hoists. Please telephone for our information sheet with full details.

The adults-only Garden and Country Lodges, which are situated in a walled garden, also enjoy satellite TV in the lounge and master bedroom, DVD Player, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, panoramic windows and verandah furniture.

The Heritage Deluxe lodge is beautifully designed to offer the ultimate in luxury with all-electric cooking and heating, integral fridge/freezer and dishwasher, large TV in lounge and master bedroom, DVD player, 5ft four-poster bed, verandah furniture – and a mountain bike!

The lodges sleep between 2 and 6 people.

The 120 acre Crowhurst Park Estate is approached along a half mile private drive lined with Rhododendron, Pine and Beech. The park provides a home to badgers, pheasants and countless wildlife; and we have gained recognition of our environmental awareness through the David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award.

Facilities within the park include a magnificent pool and leisure complex, all weather tennis court, a children’s adventure play area – and the local village cricket pitch! In the Grade II listed manor house itself are bars, coffee shop, dining room, games room, lounge and ballroom.

Within easy reach of Crowhurst Park are all the recreational activities you could wish for. We are situated in the heart of 1066 Country – the birthplace of modern England: just two miles away is the very battlefield where William the Conqueror defeated King Harold at the Battle of Hastings.

Enjoy a luxury self catering holiday in the Old Village, Shanklin in one of our 11 individually designed cottages or 6 spacious modern apartments, all beautifully furnished and fully equipped to a very high standard with either patio or balcony.

Ideal for a peaceful, relaxing holiday standing in just under 3 acres of sheltered, secluded, tropical style gardens, one of the rare homes of the lovely red squirrel. Picnic under the apple trees and listen to the gentle sound of the Chine cascading through the grounds.

The Hideaway : This is a lovely cosy cottage for romantic couples and honeymooners. Four poster bed with ensuite shower room. Flowers and bubbly on arrival. Adjacent to the Chine with garden views.

Mallards View : Sleeps 4 with one double room and one twin room with an open plan kitchen / diner / lounge and a shower room. In a courtyard setting with raised decked patio area.

Robins Rest : Sleeps 4 in one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. It has a bathroom with shower attachment and a very spacious kitchen diner and lounge. It also has a decked patio area.

Owls Hoot : Also with Four poster bed, sleeps 3 + cot in one double room and one with a single bed. Bathroom with corner bath and shower attachment. Courtyard setting with raised decked patio.

Squirrels Drey : Sleeps 4 in a double room with balcony overlooking the gardens and a twin room. Shower room. Patio also facing the gardens.

Foxes Den : Sleeps 5+1 in one double, one twin with ensuite shower and a single room with roll out under bed. It has a very spacious kitchen / diner with a washing machine and dishwasher, a lounge and a downstairs bathroom with shower attachment. Large patio overlooking the gardens.

Badgers Set : Sleeps 5 with one double, one twin and a single bedroom. Bathroom with shower attachment. Farmhouse style country kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. A new separate toilet has been added downstairs. Large lounge facing the garden with large patio.

Chapel Cottage : Sleeps 6 in two double rooms (one with a four poster king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with shower, w.c. & sink) and a third bedroom with a single bed and a 3 ft slide out bed. A large modern cottage, with open plan lounge/diner and a fully equipped kitchen. French doors lead from the lounge to a decked area for dining out.

Three, 3 bedroom cottages offering modern, spacious accommodation - Rabbits Burrow, Woodpecker Hollow & Hedgehogs Retreat : Two storey cottages, sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms (one double, one twin and a single with a roll out under bed). All have bathroom with shower and a downstairs toilet. There is a large open plan kitchen (with washing machine) and dining area and a lounge. The cottages all have an enclosed rear patio. All 3 cottages have the same layout and features.

Rabbits Burrow : A two storey cottage sleeping 5 + 1 in a double, twin and a single room. Bathroom and shower and a downstairs toilet.

Woodpecker Hollow : Two storey cottage, sleeping 5 + 1 in 3 bedrooms (one double, one twin and a single with a roll out under bed). There is a large open plan kitchen (with washing machine) and dining area and a lounge.

Hedgehogs Retreat : Sleeping 5 + 1 in 3 bedrooms (double, twin and a single). Balcony overlooking the chine. Open plan kitchen diner lounge.

Apartments : The six apartments offer very spacious accommodation in a Mediterranean style with patio or balcony overlooking the gardens.

Apartment 1 & 2 : Apartments 1 and 2 are both on the ground floor and are suitable for wheelchairs. They both have enclosed patio areas and sleep 4 in a double room and a twin room.

Apartment 3 Apartments 3, 4, 5 and 6 have one double ensuite and one twin room, additional bathroom and balcony with furniture.

Tariff fully inclusive of vat, electric, gas heating, bed linen & towels (excluding pool towels) and beds are made up for your arrival.
Ground floor apartments are suitable for wheelchairs.
Accommodation is available from 3 pm on day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10 am on day of departure.

Relax by our private indoor heated swimming pool complex with jacuzzi. Enjoy a sauna, aromatherapy massage or work out in the gym.

Ashtree House is located in Brockenhurst in the heart of the New Forest.
 
The property is a comfortably and stylishly furnished four bedroom house, with a conservatory and all modern facilities, set in a pretty garden on the borders of Waters Green, where ponies graze freely and which leads directly to the open forest. The enclosed garden gives space for children to play and there is secure storage for bicycles and other sporting equipment. There is parking for three vehicles.
 
Five minutes of level walking will take you to the heart of Brockenhurst, where an unrivalled range of village stores can supply your needs, from organic vegetables, fresh baked breads, local meat and game to fine wines and excellent cheeses. Brockenhurst boats a delightful variety of pubs and restaurants to suit any pocket, style and appetite, so have fun in exploring its gourmet delights.
 
Ashtree House is centrally heated and has two double bedrooms, one with a shower and toilet en suite, and 2 twin bedrooms for the use of children only, beds 776 mm in size. We have comfortable leather seating in our lounge with a separate dining area.
 
The conservatory has comfortable upholstered furniture and there is garden furniture to dine outside in the lazy days of summer. The large and modern kitchen offers an eleectric cooker with ceramic hob, a microwave, a toaster, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, washing machine and rotary washing line.
 
Bedroom 'Briar'- This, the master bedroom, has a 5' double bed. En-suite, there is a shower, toilet and hand-basin..
 
Bedroom 'Bramble'- This pretty room has a 4'6"double bed. It shares the family bathroom.
 
Bedroom 'Furze'- A Twin Bedroom to be used for children only. Single beds size 776 mm or as a single room.
 
Bedroom 'Fern'- A second twin bedroom similar to Furze - 776mm beds for the use of children or as a single bedroom.

Ashtree House has broadband via a Wi-Fi open network, colour TV with Freeview and DVD player.
 
The forest around Brockenhurst is filled with wildlife. Within half a mile of your holiday home live deer, rabbits and foxes. All around are ponies, pigs and cattle grazing wild. It is also rich with bird-life. There are trout in the Lymington River and sometimes otters can be seen. The forest, although not heavily populated has many quaint and pleasant villages to visit, such as Sway, Burley and Bramshaw.
