Lodge Cottage, Dunwich, Saxmundham, Suffolk
Sleeps 1-4

Situated on the fringe of the village of Dunwich in woodland surroundings with abundant wildlife, the cottage is within walking distance of the village, the RSPB Minsmere Bird Sanctuary and in close proximity to the sea. Beautifully furnished and well-equipped, the cottage accommodation is all on the one level, with two bedrooms, both with ensuites, to sleep up to four people.
The Cottage Lodge Cottage is situated on the periphery of the beautiful coastal village of Dunwich. The beamed living room is spacious and comfortable with a colour TV, radio/CD/tape player. The kitchen contains an electric hob oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is ample off road parking and a sheltered garden patio in an informal garden. There is a public phone 2/3 of a mile away but alternatives are available in emergencies.
The cottage itself is set in a secluded, but not isolated, situation in an attractive woodland setting rich in wildlife. Muntjac deer, woodpeckers and a wide variety of flora and fauna abound in this tranquil setting in close proximity to the sea. It is situated in the upper part of the village and a ten minute walk from the pub.
Rates : From £320 to £500 per week depending on season.
Maximum of 4 people.
