Offley Grove Farm is an attractive traditional farm built around 1800, providing self catering accommodation. Located midway between Eccleshall and Newport in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside, the local attractions of Alton Towers, Ironbridge and the Potteries are but a short drive away. There are a number of good local pubs serving traditional fayre and plenty of quiet local lanes ideal for country walking or cycling.

The Old Brewhouse is a spacious converted barn retaining much original character and converted to a very high standard. It features large lounge with Inglenook and log burner, and three bedrooms, one en-suite.

The Byng - Sleeps 8. This is a well equipped cottage having a large lounge with feature fireplace and traditional log burner. The first floor has one double bedroom with en-suite shower, one family bedroom with double and bunks and a twin room.

The Forge - Sleeps 5 people. Spacious cottage with original beams. Ground floor has kitchen, shower room with basin and toilet, and lounge with gas 'log-burner' type stove. First floor has a double room, and a family room with a double and a single bed, also a cloakroom with toilet and basin.

Shires Stable - Sleeps 4 people. Ground floor has the kitchen, and a large lounge / dining room with beamed ceilings and gas 'real effect' open fire. First floor has a double room, and a twin room, also shower room with basin and toilet.

All Cottages feature well equipped kitchens with washing machine, and bed linen is included. Towels are provided for overseas visitors, logs are free of charge and cots and high chairs are available upon request. You will have full use of the open grassed area with garden furniture and barbeque, but we regret that we are unable to accept pets.

Whether you are planning a short break or full holiday you will find plenty to do. In addition to Alton Towers we are a short distance from Shrewsbury, Stafford, Bridgemere Garden Centre, Stapely Water Gardens, Cosford Aerospace Museum and Factory Shops, Weston Park and much more. There are canal boat trips, several Golf Courses, fishing pools and riding stables within easy reach of the farm.

Cowbell Cottage is a traditional 18th century stone holiday cottage nestling in the delightful and ancient village of Bonsall near Matlock on the edge of the Peak District. Our self-catering cottage has a "home from home" character and provides a romantic and peaceful retreat for two people.The lovely, secluded garden has two patios and views over the hills. Linen and bedding are included in the price.

The living room boasts original beams, rug covered floor, original gritstone fireplace with log fire and comfortable sofas to spread out and relax. There is a radio/CD player and a combi TV/VCR/DVD, along with a selection of videos, DVD films and music CDs.

We provide a welcome pack to get your stay off to a great start - includes wine, freshly baked bread, tea, coffee, milk, butter.

The double bedroom has views over the nearby hills (you don't have to get up to enjoy the view) and next door the tiled bathroom has a good sized bath with electric shower above.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven and hob, ECO water kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, microwave and a washer/dryer.

The staircase is easy to climb, but you need to duck your head under the old 'ship's beam' that runs across the living room.

Parking is safe and easy to find off the High Street.

Set in the Derbyshire Dales on the edge of the Peak District National Park, Woodside Farm stands in five acres and occupies a super rural position with fantastic views over the Derwent Valley and surrounding countryside, bordered by woods with Beeley Moor close by. Woodside Farm is set on a working farm with cows and sheep grazing in the surrounding fields. Water is from our own natural spring.

Adjoining our farmhouse, The Old Farmhouse, run as a holiday cottage from the early 90’s is an 18th century stone cottage full of character.
Originally from the area we have local knowledge to assist you in your holiday plans, advising on local attractions or generally providing assistance, if you wish, or you may want to explore this area of natural beauty yourself.

With over 30 years of mountain biking and walking experience, we hope to offer a unique holiday. We understand the needs of people who enjoy the outdoor life. Guided cycle rides can be organised for all levels from the simple to the very technical and complex. A well-stocked library of guidebooks and maps enables our guests to plan and gain the most from the stay. Quality well cooked food is always available, from a traditional english breakfast to a cake and mug of tea out on the ride or a full evening meal, you can be assured of quality. All prepared using home-grown and local produce where possible and cooked to perfection by Shelley a qualified chef.

Woodside Farm and Woodside Cottage (renamed The Old Farmhouse) were purchased in February 2007, after many years of searching for this kind of property. The farm and its associated buildings will hopefully provide a canvas for us to develop into further holiday cottages and a provider of quality accommodation and holiday experiences.

The Old Farmhouse is full of character with exposed beams. Furnished and well equipped providing a cosy base. The cottage occupies a superb rural position and benefits from fantastic views over the Derwent Valley and surrounding countryside, bordered by woods and Beeley Moor close by. Set in the Derbyshire Dales on the edge of the Peak District National Park, it is ideally situated for exploring the Peak District on foot, cycling or by car. Surrounded by public footpaths in an area of outstanding beauty, Bakewell is 8 miles away, Chatsworth 6 miles and Matlock 5 miles all with points of interest.

Ground floor :
Lounge : Sofa and chairs, electric fire, colour television, video and DVD/CD player.
Kitchen/Dining room : Table and chairs, oak beams, electric cooker, refridgerator and microwave.
Shower Room : With wash basin and toilet.
Drying room with tumble dryer.
Entrance hall : For storage of bikes etc.

First floor :
Bedroom 1 : One double bed with cot or Z-bed if required.
Bedroom 2 : Two single beds.
Wash room : Wash basin and toilet.

Services :
The farm cottage is double-glazed with oil fired central heating and fitted carpets throughtout.
Linen: Each of the beds are fitted with quilts and pillows. All linen is included plus towels and tea towels.
Electricity: Is included in the tariff.
Cot and high chair: Provided on request.
Outside: A small walled garden to the front and to the back a lawned area, patio table & chairs and portable barbecue are provided + childrens play area.
Parking: For two cars directly outside the cottage.
