This advert covers; Priests House (sleeps 6), Upper Belvoir (sleeps 6), Upper Wheel (sleeping 6 adults + 1 child), Upper Dairy (sleeps 4 adults + 1 child), and Lower Dairy (sleeps 6).
Priests House:
One double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is a double-bed settee in the lounge.
A character 2 storey cottage adjacent to St Tugual's Church. Rooms have south facing view over the Manor garden. Access to the cottage is from the north facing Manor courtyard.
Small entrance lobby with door off to bathroom. Door into lounge area leading into kitchen/dining area. Double settee in lounge. Stairs off to first floor.
Dog-leg staircase leading to two bedrooms. One with double bed and the other with twin beds.

Wonderful peaceful situation in wooded valley just 5 minutes walk from Belvoir Bay and 15 minutes from the Harbour Village. Access is by country path which is fairly steep in places.
This is the upper floor of a two storey house, the lower floor being occupied by our island gardener and his family. Access to the flat is at the rear of the property with its own garden-level path, there are no stairs internally or externally just a few steps in the pathway. Entrance into a hallway with doors off to all three bedrooms, bathroom with wc and a separate wc. Door into kitchen/diner leading through to lounge. Ideal private family flat with large sunny garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ.

LA PETITE GRANGE
This is a large twin bedroom self catering cottage with an upstairs bedroom with pine furniture and beams and enjoys views across the fields towards the cliffs.
This cottage has a downstairs bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The living area is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen comprising of electric oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer. The lounge has a colour television with video recorder and opens out into a glass conservatory where you can sit and enjoy meals or just soak up the sun and read. This in turn opens out into a graveled area with garden furniture for the use of La Petite Grange.
Attached to the cottage is a laundry room with two washing machines and a tumble dryer and a payphone for the use of the guests in the cottages.
La Petite Grange is a no smoking cottage.
LE PETIT MANOIR
This self catering cottage dates back to the early 1800s and consists of a fully fitted kitchen/diner with electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bathroom is situated downstairs with a bath and overhead shower and an electric shaving point above the sink.
This cottage is light and spacious and the beamed lounge with remote control colour television and video recorder opens out onto its own patio area with garden furniture.
The twin bedroom with beams is upstairs and overlooks the fields toward the cliffs and is equipped with pine furniture.

LA GRANGE
La Grange, which is a barn conversion, is a spacious two-bedroom self catering cottage and furnished to a high standard.
The cottage consists of a fully equipped kitchen/diner with electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen/diner is a converted vine house with figs and grapes growing and is very pleasant to sit in during the day or evening, to enjoy meals or to just read the newspaper. This in turns opens out onto its own graveled area with garden furniture.
There is a downstairs twin bedroom and bathroom with bath and overhead shower and the second twin bedroom is located upstairs leading off from the lounge, which has a colour television and video recorder.
There is a separate laundry room with washing machines and a tumble dryer and a payphone.

LA CHOUETTE & LE FAUCON
New for 2004 are La Chouette and Le Faucon. These two large, light and very spacious self catering cottages each have a double bedroom ensuite (bath with overhead shower or shower cubicle, toilet, vanity unit with overhead electric shaver point and hairdryer and heated towel rail) and a treble bedroom en suite (large shower cubicle or bath with overhead shower, toilet and vanity unit with overhead shaver point and hairdryer and heated towel rail). Both bedrooms have pine furniture and coordinating bedding and curtains. The treble bedroom overlooks fields towards the cliffs and also has a television.
The open plan living area downstairs has a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher and a large farmhouse pine table and chairs. The lounge area has a colour television with video recorder and the whole of the downstairs area is floored with French oak flooring and rugs. The cottages also have a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin.
There are French windows leading out from the lounge to a sunken patio area with garden furniture and steps take you up from here to a large lawned garden with plenty of room for children to play.
Situated next to Le Faucon is a laundry room for the sole use of visitors in Le Faucon and La Chouette and is equipped with two washing machines and a tumble dryer and sink. There is plenty of room to store fishing rods and beach equipment. Alternatively 24-hour laundry service is available.
La Chouette has a fireplace with a wood-burning stove for those cooler months of the year should you require it in addition to the central heating.
