The holiday cottage can sleep 8 people in 4 bedrooms. There are 2 doubles with en suite shower rooms, a twin with a bathroom and a ground floor double room with wheelchair access and a wet room. A cot can also be provided if required.

An open plan living/dining/kitchen can be found on the ground floor and is beautifully decorated and furnished and has a wood burner, under floor heating and central heating. There is a digital TV and DVD player in the living area and a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with all modern utensils you may need during your stay.

Outside of the holiday cottage is a large lawn with views to the surrounding farmland and hills. The holiday cottage is set on the owner's farm and guests are more than welcome to take an interest in farming activities.

Trout fishing is also available onsite!

The centre of Builth Wells is within easy reach by foot or by car and has a variety of shops, pubs and a cinema.

Our holiday cottage is in an ideal location for exploring mid Wales, the Elan Valley and the Brecon Beacons. There are many beautiful walks starting from the front door of the holiday home and in the surrounding area which is why we are always a popular choice for wildlife enthusiasts, walkers and cyclists.
