Valley View Cottages are four cottages tastefully converted from 200 year old stone barns, set in the delightful and unspoiled rolling countryside of West Wales with far-reaching views over the surrounding hills, farmland, woodlands and the famous River Teifi Valley.

Woodpecker Barn - Sleeps 4

Woodpecker Barn is a pet-friendly cottage with two bedrooms across two levels. The ground floor features an open-plan living and kitchen area, accessible through a stable door. Here, you'll find a cosy lounge with two comfortable sofas and a large TV. The adjacent kitchen area includes a dining space suitable for four guests. The ground floor also houses a bathroom. The upper level contains a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, as well as a cloakroom with a toilet and hand basin. Outside, the cottage offers a patio with garden furniture in an enclosed garden at the front.

Red Kite Lodge Sleeps 6

This pet-friendly two-bedroom cottage features an open plan living and kitchen area on the ground floor, accessed through a stable front door. The living space is cosy with two comfortable sofas, a warm fire, TV and a dining area. Above, a mezzanine floor adds an additional lounge area with a day bed. The main level also includes a bathroom. From the living area, two steps lead down to the bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a triple sleeper - a full-size double bed with a single bunk above, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for either a couple or up to three children. Outside, the front of the cottage boasts a patio with garden furniture, set within an enclosed garden.

Buzzards Watch - Sleeps 2

This one-bedroom cottage spans two levels, with the open-plan living area and kitchen situated upstairs to maximize the stunning valley views and capture the evening sunlight. Downstairs, the ground level features a spacious double bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and a bathroom equipped with a bath and overhead shower.

Owl Cottage - Sleeps 2

This pet-friendly one-bedroom cottage is set over two levels. The living area and kitchen are located on the ground floor, accessible through French doors that offer stunning views across the valley and lead to a patio equipped with garden furniture. This area also includes an enclosed lawn that is secure for dogs. Additionally, this level houses a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The upper level features a spacious double bedroom.

On Site Facilities

Games Room – Our on-site games room is open to all guests and offers a variety of entertainment options. Play a friendly game of table tennis, darts, or pool while listening to your favorite tunes on the provided Bluetooth speaker. The room also features a vast collection of DVDs for your viewing pleasure during your stay, as well as an assortment of board games and jigsaws.

Beach Hut – Our beach hut stores a selection of equipment for you to use whilst you stay with us, this includes wind breaks, buckets & spades etc.

Grounds - We have about an acre of grounds for you to explore and you are welcome to come & feed our chickens.

Visiting Newchapel & Exploring Pembrokeshire

We are close to the characterful market towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn with their many independent shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. The area abounds with places to visit from Norman Castles and museums to theme parks and wildlife centres. You won't be stuck for things to do either, whether you fancy a boat trip, a game of golf, a chance to let off steam at a paintball centre, a horse ride, a canoe or paddleboard paddle, a steam train ride or a host of other activities all on offer close by.
