Summary

Glaschoille House is a spacious and relaxing self catering house that is located on the west of Scotland in Inverness-shire which is on the Knoydart Peninsula. The self catering holiday house is in secluded surroundings and has magnificent views. The house can be reached by boat from Mallaig, or, if you’re a keen hill walker, by hiking 18 miles over the Munros.

Accommodation

The holiday home has plenty of room and includes a sitting room, dining room and kitchen which are equipped with an Aga, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, crockery, log fire and BBQ. There are 6 bedrooms available which can sleep a maximum of 11 people. There are 5 twin rooms and 1 single room. Outside there is a lovely private garden.

Visiting Inverie & Exploring Inverness-shire

The house is only 2 miles from Inverie village, at the end of the bay. The village is set on the shore of Loch Nevis and an ideal base from which to explore Inverness-shire.

There are many activities to enjoy in the area such as hillwalking the Knoydart Peninsula or fishing in the River Inverie. There are also areas that you can take a boat trip or sea fishing as well as deer stalking.
