Hazeldene ­: Sleeps 6. Spacious Log cabin, new for 2005, built to a very high standard with 3 bedrooms ­ 1 double ensuite, 1 double and a twin. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. The lounge/diner has access to an exclusive patio with barbeque facilities, table and chairs, in addition a seperate south facing decking area gives wonderful uninterrupted views of the Malvern Hills and Martley Hillside. Rates are all inclusive with reductions for couple occupation.

Elgar Lodge ­: Sleeps 5. A new purpose built replica cedar log cabin comprising three bedrooms suitable for 5/6 persons bathroom (with shower, bath, toilet & washbasin) open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with patio windows leading to a balcony and patio area. Elgar lodge is fully furnished with colour TV, microwave, washing machine, cooker, night storage heaters and an electric fan heater.

The Farmhouse : Self catering accommodation in the farmhouse comprises of 2 tastefully decorated double bedrooms both with en-suite, downstairs new kitchen, diner/sitting room leading to patio area with south facing views across to the Malvern Hills.

Four miles from Upton upon Severn, Tewkesbury and Pershore, The Parlour makes an ideal place to relax amongst the beautiful
countryside of the Worcestershire / Gloucestershire border.

Linen and Towels are provided. Fully oil-fired central heating.

Lounge / Diner : With level access from outside, the open plan lounge/diner has a polished wooden floor, wood burning stove, and colour TV/DVD.

Kitchen : The Farmhouse style Kitchen opens directly onto the Lounge / Dining area. Facilities include Microwave, integrated Dishwasher, Fridge, Electric Cooker and Hob.

Bedroom : This light and airy bedroom has a double and single bed. With original beams and exposed brickwork , the unique character of this building adds to the enjoyment of your stay.

This peaceful rural retreat lies approx 1/4 mile down a private drive and gives you the chance to "get away from it all". Our luxury holiday cottages mean you are ensured a warm welcome and a relaxing holiday.

If anyone in your party has mobility problems, two of our cottages are fully wheelchair accessible : St Katherine's Cottage is NAS Graded 3M and suitable for a wheelchair user travelling independently and Hidelow Lodge is NAS Graded 2M and is suitable for a wheelchair user travelling with an assistant.

The Hopbine : Sleeps 2 people. 4 Star ETC. The Hopbine features a four-poster bed on a galleried sleeping area and outside, a pretty sun-terrace with fishpool, waterfall and uninterrupted views. There is a fully fitted oak kitchen including fridge, freezer and microwave, dining area and very large open plan sitting room with wood burning stove, modern colour TV, DVD / CD Players. Two steps lead up to the bedroom area with four-poster bed and to the ensuite bathroom. This comprises a Victorian style bath with shower, washbasin and toilet.

St Katherine's Cottage : Sleeps 2. 5 Star ETC & Grade 3 NAS. St. Katherine's Cottage is full of character. It has a wealth of exposed timbers and kingpin trusses inside which still bear the original carpenter's marks. It is very spacious, all on one level and has no steps or ramps, with its own parking area and entrance through a covered porch. The bedroom has twin beds (or optional super-king bed) and the walk-in shower room is en-suite. The lounge has a 2-seater sofa and 2 chairs; there is a wood-burning stove and full central heating, modern colour TV, video and DVD / CD players. The separate dining room is fully wheelchair accessible; the kitchen has a fridge-freezer, washer / dryer, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, combination microwave / oven and the worktop and sink with lever taps are both wheelchair accessible. With private patio, lawn, garden furniture and barbecue, the cottage has spectacular views over open fields, our landscaped gardens and the Leadon Valley beyond.

The Hop Pocket : Sleeps 2 people. 4 Star ETC. The Hop Pocket provides every modern convenience you would expect to find in a 4 Star cottage, including full central heating, microwave, electric cooker, modern colour TV, DVD / CD Player, fridge-freezer etc. The lounge on the first floor enables the visitor to enjoy uninterrupted views over the ever-changing rural landscape. It has its own private garden with lawn, pergola, garden furniture and barbecue. The large bedroom downstairs has a king-sized, carved mahogany four-poster bed; the bathroom is ensuite and includes a bath with power shower over. A cot, high-chair and stair safety gate are available on request.

The Drying House : Sleeps 4 people. 4 Star ETC. The accommodation includes full central heating, microwave, electric cooker, modern colour TV, DVD / CD Player, fridge-freezer etc. The lounge on the first floor enables the visitor to enjoy uninterrupted views over the ever-changing rural landscape. It has its own private garden with lawn, pergola, garden furniture and barbecue. The bathroom includes a bath with power shower over. Bedroom one has a double four-poster bed; bedroom two has twin single beds.

Hidelow Lodge : Sleeps 5 people. Grade 2M NAS. 4 Star ETC. Newly refurbished detached stone building accommodating five people, which is suitable for a wheelchair user with assistant. It is very spacious, comprising two big bedrooms, a bathroom and an easy-access walk-in shower-room. It has easy access by way of ramps and with the accommodation all on one level. Hidelow Lodge is fully carpeted throughout and has oil-fired central- heating. There is a large conservatory-style lounge which has a modern colour TV with integral radio and Playstation socket, video and DVD / CD players. The dining area has a marble fireplace with electric coal-effect fire; the fully fitted oak kitchen includes microwave and fridge-freezer. Bedroom 1 is extra large, with double bed, an additional single bed, small sitting area and private standard bathroom with shower over. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds and an en-suite easy access walk-in shower room. The cottage has its own garden area consisting of south-facing patio, lawn, garden furniture and fixed barbecue.

The Tithe Barn : Sleeps 10 people. 5 Star ETC. It has 2 lounges, a log fire, Victorian antique furniture, laundry and power showers in all bathrooms. The Tithe Barn has 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king-sized carved mahogany 4-Poster bed and an en-suite bathroom; Bedroom 2 is en-suite with king-sized bed, an additional full-size single bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has twin single beds and an en-suite shower room; Bedroom 4 is a smaller twin room with a private shower room and interesting walk-in cupboard. With children (of all ages) in mind, this cottage also has the benefit of two lounges, both with modern TVs, one with video and DVD / CD players and the other with a small double sofa-bed sleeping an additional one or two people. The full-sized oak kitchen / dining room seats 10 people comfortably and has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave; there is also a separate laundry with washing machine and tumble drier. Outside are private enclosed gardens, patio with pergola, raised fishpond (with optional cover) and waterfall, garden furniture and fixed barbecue.

We have won an award for Walkers Welcome & Cyclists Welcome and we offer a special drying room and lock-up facilities.

Free broadband access, guests' office facilities and an on-site payphone. Guests can purchase home-made frozen meals from the owners which are all prepared using local ingredients.

Holly Lodge is a newly built cabin located on Holly Beds Farm, Earls Croome, near Upton upon Severn in South Worcestershire.

Holly Beds Farm is run by David and Sandra Goodwin, and has been run by the same family for over 50 years. The farmhouse itself has a bit more history to it than that however, being timber framed and built in the 1500's!

The farm is set in a wonderful position overlooking the Severn Valley and between the Malvern and Bredon Hills. We are hoping to be able to share our breathtaking scenery with our guests.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our Scandinavian-style pine lodge and appreciate the secluded setting, peaceful countryside and panoramic views of Upton-upon Severn , The Malverns and the Cotswolds.

The lodge provides excellent accommodation for up to 8 people with polished pine floors, attractive curtains and well chosen furnishing in all rooms. There are ample parking facilities.

In addition to the spacious, attractive and well appointed internal accommodation, the lodge has an outside roof covered terrace complete with table and chairs. The lodge also has its own large and safe garden.

The spacious living area has a comfortable three piece suite and sofa bed, television, Video, DVD and stereo. The large farmhouse table seats eight people. The beech fitted kitchen area is beautifully finished with electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher.

The traditional Evesham china is made in Worcester at the Porcelain Factory. You will find everything you need from wine glasses to a potato peeler.

Holly Lodge provides an ideal base from where to visit a number of different towns and locations with their own individual attractions.
The nearest small town, within 2 miles, is Upton upon Severn. Upton is not only a lovely little town in its own right, but hosts a number of festivals each year which attract people from far and wide.

Upton is a bustling river town with plenty of places to eat and drink, and a local tourist information office.
