A luxury 2 bed purpose-built second floor apartment with uninterrupted beach and sea views at Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne. Available for holiday lets, or longer in Winter, sleeping 4-6. An ideal holiday base for couples or families. The flat is a short walk to the Waterfront complex at Sovereign Harbour with its restaurants, pub, bars, shops and marina. Asda and other large shops and a multiplex cinema are equidistant, while the centre of Eastbourne is just 2-3 miles away.
Access to the flat , which benefits from its own covered carport, is by lift or stairs from the communal entrance hall. The main entrance is reached by stairs or ramp. There is a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area, electric oven, gas hob, fridgefreezer, washing machine with integral dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Ample crockery, cookware, glassware and cutlery are provided. The open-plan living/dining room has a double sofa bed, tv with dvd, radio/cd player, dining table for 6 and leads to the balcony over the beach.
The master bedroom, with king size bed, has its own en suite. The second bedroom has twin 3 foot wide beds. Both rooms have ample built-in-wardrobes. There is more cupboard space in the hall, which leads to the separate family bathroom. Admiralty Court benefits from direct access to the beach and its own garden on the beach. The flat has an entry phone and shared binstore by the covered parking.
All bed linen, towels, electricity, central heating throughout and gas are included in the rent. Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own.
Rates: From £350 to £650 per week depending on season.
Maximum of 6 people. Children are welcome.
