Rose – Sleeps 6 and 2+2

This fabulous Victorian farmhouse boasts many original features whilst offering high-quality facilities. Unwind in the sun-filled conservatory/garden or relax in the cosy lounge that has a 50" smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Echo (Alexa).

The fully equipped bespoke kitchen comes with a large Rangemaster cooker, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, together with the usual kitchen ancillaries and Portmeiron china. There are wonderful views over the countryside down to the fishing lake in the field behind. Adjacent to the kitchen is the large dining area which has rustic country pine table and chairs. There is also a fishing pond in the field behind for the exclusive use of guests.

Bedrooms consist of two doubles, including one en suite, and a twin. A family bathroom comes with a bath and walk-in shower. In the garden, there is a large games room/art gallery with a vintage Riley snooker table. There’s also a table and chairs for al fresco dining when the sun is shining.

Honeysuckle – Sleeps 2 plus 2

Our beautifully converted 19th Century barn offers exposed beamed ceilings and lots of fantastic features. Inside there is a gorgeous oak kitchen with a full cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, together with the usual kitchen ancilliaries and Portmeiron china. Savour some delicious meals around the dining table.

A lovely lounge is perfect for relaxing in after a day sightseeing. Facilities include a 49’’ smart TV with Netflix and an Amazon Echo (Alexa). There’s also a spacious heated conservatory and an enclosed veranda to unwind in.

A lovely master bedroom and double daybed in the lounge are available. Outside there is a private courtyard for al fresco dining and a covered balcony to the rear. The roofed decking area is great for a tipple whilst savouring the stunning countryside views.

There is also a fishing pond in the field behind for the exclusive use of guests.

Visiting Langford & Exploring Devon

Langford is an ideal base for those wanting to explore Devon. Nearby Cullompton has takeaways, restaurants, pubs and a supermarket. There are also country pubs nearby which serve excellent food. Exeter is only 30 minutes away, as are Tiverton and Sidmouth. The surfing beaches of north Devon are about an hour away, there are National Trust properties nearby and the Eden Project can be reached in about two hours. Excellent attractions to visit include:
