Our spacious ground floor apartment is perfect for a romantic break away.

The lounge has a TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and a coal effect fire. The well-equipped kitchen/diner includes an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer & dishwasher.

A bedroom has a 4'6" double bed.

The cottage also has a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests are welcome to enjoy the seasonal fruit and vegetables that are available free from the kitchen garden.

Visiting Tiverton & Exploring Devon

Our apartment is a stone`s throw from the centre of the historic market town where there are an array of shops and restaurants. There are many nearby village pubs we can recommend serving excellent food. We can also advise on many local attractions to suit all tastes. There is easy motoring access to Exmoor, Dartmoor, Exeter and North and South coast beaches.
