Millhayes is a listed thatched cottage that is set in an acre of garden. This cottage provides self catering accommodation for up to 9 people is situated in the village of Cotleigh and is just 4 miles from the market town of Honiton.

The Cottage

Inside the cottage there is a well equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, twin-ovens plus a combined microwave and oven and a separate electric hob. Other appliances include a fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen leads into the conservatory dining area which opens onto the garden and terrace area. The cottage has 2 living areas, one of them has a large flat screen TV and the other a sounds system and log burning stove. There are four bedrooms in the main house reached from the main staircase from the kitchen.

Nestling snugly under a thatched roof and reached by its own outside staircase, the annexe is ideal for anyone who’d like a little extra privacy or seclusion. Situated above the double garage, the annexe features a spacious double bedroom with a stunning vaulted ceiling.

Location

Millhayes self catering cottage is ideally placed to explore the Jurassic Coast which includes the beautiful Lyme Regis and Blackdown Hills. We are also only 4 miles from the A303 and A30. There are many attractions nearby such as the coastal town of Sidmouth and many National Trust properties.
