Cotleigh, Nr Honiton, Devon

Sleeps 1-9
£900 - £1900

Nestling amidst the Blackdown Hills, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in East Devon, is Millhayes, a lovingly restored and extended listed thatched cottage. Overlooking a valley and set in an acre of garden, Millhayes is totally secluded, making it the perfect retreat from the stresses and strains of everyday life.

The four-bedroom house is well appointed, combining every modern convenience – a spacious kitchen and dining area and wireless broadband, with traditional cottage features – a log burning stove, beams and inglenooks. With a separate one-bedroom annex, Millhayes offers flexible accommodation ideal for families or small groups.

This beautiful house has two good-sized living rooms as well as a stunning conservatory dining area. This gives spectacular views across the garden and valley beyond.

Ideally placed for exploring the famous Jurassic Coast – spectacular Lyme Regis is less than half an hour away – or walking in the beautiful Blackdown Hills, there’s plenty to see and do.

Hidden on a narrow country lane, Millhayes is secluded but not isolated being only four miles from the old lace-making town of Honiton and its excellent range of shops. It is also just four miles from the A303 and A30 trunk roads.
