Visiting Twowatersfoot & Exploring Cornwall

With stunning views across the valley from the private decking and lodge garden, you may be fortunate enough to spot the wild deer roaming along the horizon. The buzzards soar above, while the nuthatches, finches and woodpeckers feast nearby. A walk through the local broadleaf and pine woodlands or up on Bodmin Moor itself offer further opportunities to capture a glimpse of the abundant local wildlife.

Its central situation makes Nuthatch Lodge an ideal base for exploring some of Cornwall's well-known beauty spots and attractions, including both north and south coasts, Bodmin Moor, The Eden Project, and many delightful gardens and National Trust properties.

Nuthatch Lodge sits just to the south of Bodmin Moor, with its dramatic granite tors rising from the open downs and is in an excellent location for touring the attractions of Cornwall. It is ideally situated in the Glynn Valley, next to the River Fowey where fishing may be available and with game and coarse fishing lakes nearby. From here you can reach the north or south coasts within half an hour, venture up to the wilds of Bodmin Moor, or visit one of the many local places of interest. Within a few miles are the popular Cardinham Woods with extensive paths through mixed woodland.
