Mill House - Sleeps 12.

This historic mill provides a comfortable stay for 6 to 12 guests across 6 distinct bedrooms. The Mill House is a testament to its heritage, with preserved original features like slate floors, oak beams and a fully intact waterwheel. It boasts a large entrance hall/sunroom, a living room with a wood-burning stove set in an original fireplace complete with a bread oven, and a spacious kitchen/dining room equipped with a range cooker and breakfast area. A utility room, an additional sitting/games room with entertainment options like PlayStation and board games, and several bathrooms complete the ground floor offerings. The upper floors feature bedrooms with comfortable bedding, including a unique room with millstone features and en-suite facilities, a large landing area perfect for relaxation, and additional well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor.

Trout Fry Cottage - Sleeps 2.

This cosy, detached stone cottage, situated near the Mill, offers a snug retreat for two. It includes a well-equipped kitchen/dining room, a bathroom with a shower and a living area with exposed beams, along with a selection of books and DVDs. The open tread stairs lead to a galleried double bedroom with limited headroom, offering a quaint and intimate setting.

Trout Leap Cottage - Sleeps 4.

Perched high among the trees and overlooking the valley, Trout Leap Cottage provides a serene observation point for local birdlife. It features a comfortable lounge, a modern kitchen, a ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a patio area perfect for outdoor dining.

Trout Beck Cottage - Sleeps 2.

This attractive, detached former barn combines traditional architecture with modern amenities. The cottage features an inverted layout with a downstairs bedroom opening to a private parking area and an upstairs open-plan living space with high beamed ceilings, a wood burner, and a newly refurbished kitchen.
