Our six outstanding cottages have been finished to the highest standards to offer quality accommodation. All the cottages enjoy a home from home atmosphere combined with modern facilities. Features include ultrafast Wi-Fi, Samsung smart TVs with Ruark Deluxe smart speakers and much more. Onsite there are a variety of excellent facilities available including EV Chargers, Hot tub, on-site woodland walk, 2 dog enclosed exercise areas to name a few. The whole site is south facing. Making the most of the Cornish sunshine throughout the year.

The Old Farmhouse – Sleeps 8

This wonderful house is brimming with character, perfect for a family or group holiday in the country. Inside there is a spacious kitchen, cosy lounge and an elegant dining room, downstairs toilet and utility room.. Exposed beams and vaulted ceilings throughout. Underfloor-heating flagstones on the ground floor and wood burners ensure you stay toasty in the winter months. Four bedrooms are available: 1 super king en-suite, 1 king en-suite, 1 twin (the beds can be zipped together to make a super king),1 bunk room and a family bathroom. Outside, there is a secure garden with a covered dining area with a gas BBQ for all fresco dining whilst savouring the views. You can soak away your troubles in the glorious hot tub.

Hob Nob – Sleeps 6

Our fabulous former old cider press has been beautifully renovated to offer superb upside down living accommodation. With a spacious open plan living area with exposed beams, a wood burner and beautiful views from its Juliet balcony. You can savour some delicious homemade meals around the dining table that seats 8 people. Downstairs there is a total of 3 bedrooms: 1 super king en-suite, 1 king en-suite and 1 twin room with a family bathroom with a jacuzzi bath.. Outside there is a secure garden and patio with a table and chairs and gas BBQ offering a great spot to enjoy the beautiful Cornish sun.

Blackberry Barn – Sleeps 4

This fantastic modern barn conversion has a delightful south-facing courtyard garden with a table and chairs plus a BBQ for al fresco dining over a few glasses of wine. A gorgeous full-height ceiling living space offers a great spot to unwind in. Rustle up some delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen. Bedrooms consist of 1 king room and 1 twin that share a family bathroom with a walk in shower and jacuzzi bath.

Rainbow Cottage – Sleeps 3

Our delightful cottage boasts stunning views from the living rooms Juliet balcony, whilst a private lawned garden and patio are great for al fresco dining in the evening sun. Inside the cottage is a tranquil open plan living/kitchen/dining area with a striking vaulted ceiling and a wood burner offering a lovely space to relax after a day sightseeing. . Bedroom 1 has a king bed with an en-suite toilet and bedroom 2 has a single bed. There is a family bathroom between the two with a jacuzzi bath and shower over the bath.

Honey Pot – Sleeps 2

This charming south-facing cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway in the country. A relaxing, cosy living room has a toasty wood burner for those chilly days and the fully fitted kitchen includes a granite worktop. The bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite shower with a majestic chandelier enclosed within a giant lampshade.

Spice Barn - Sleeps 2

Our wonderful upside-down cottage enjoys spectacular views up to the Pavilion. Outside there is also a lovely walled patio with a table and chairs, a sun lounger plus a BBQ for al fresco dining. Downstairs is a beautiful master en-suite bedroom with a jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower with a striking feature wall. The living area is a great spot to unwind with a cup of coffee and offers an elegant, vaulted ceiling.

Our cottages are nestled in no more than 30 acres of spectacular countryside, including two fully fenced and secure fields for your four-legged friend. We also provide delightful dog welcome packs and a heated dog wash. We are family-friendly, and children will love the opportunity to collect eggs from our chickens. We also have lots of space to play games. The whole family can relax on the Pavilion on the Hill, an outdoor living space with a sheltered pergola with comfortable seating that offers amazing countryside views.

Visiting Duloe & Exploring Cornwall

We are in the ideal location for discovering all that the area has to offer. The picturesque fishing villages of Looe, Polperro and Fowey are just a 10-minute drive away, whilst close by is the magnificent National Trust estate at Lanhydrock, home to glorious parkland and scenic walks. Visit the world-renowned Eden Project or enjoy the magical Lost Gardens of Heligan. The local area also has an abundance of glorious cycling and walking routes. Superb attractions to visit include:
