Summary

Trerice Holiday Barns offer self catering holiday accommodation situated at St Newlyn East, Newquay in Cornwall. Our barns provide the perfect peaceful rural base from which to enjoy all of Cornwall, spending your days on the many beaches of the North coast (5 miles) or South Coast (15 miles), discovering quaint fishing villages, walking the coast paths or eating Rick Stein's fish and chips at Padstow. Why not bring your cycles and surfboards, we have plenty of room in our shed.

Our three barns, set in shared lawned gardens, offer a peaceful and comfortable retreat to end the day after being out and about. Or perhaps lazing around in the countryside, enjoying our fantastic views is more your style? Our barns have everything you need for Al Fresco dining or just a glass of wine on the private patio before an evening meal in one of the excellent local pub restaurants.

Dairyland, Lappa Valley Railway and Trerice Manor are all within 2 miles and beaches for all tastes within 5 miles. The Eden Project is less than 17 miles.

The Hayloft - Sleeps 4:

The detached Hayloft offers reverse level accommodation with wood flooring fitted throughout. The barn has a large airy open plan lounge and kitchen/diner with log burner and a high vaulted ceiling. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and separate dining table to seat 4. Bedroom one has a king-sized bed and bedroom two has two singles. There is a good quality John Lewis folding bed available. Family bathroom with bath and shower. Just outside the barn is an enclosed generous sized patio area with seating and views over the open countryside.

The Dairy - Sleeps 5:

The Dairy is a firm favourite with families and offers semi-detached accommodation all on one level with wood flooring fitted throughout. The barn has a kitchen/diner and separate lounge. The kitchen includes a large dining table with chairs to seat 6 people. The lounge features beams and high vaulted ceiling. There are two bedrooms, 1 king and 1 twin/super king with zip and links beds. Family bathroom with bath and shower. The door opens on to an enclosed generous sized walled patio with seating and views over the garden. The walled patio also has a rotary dryer.

The Byre - Sleeps 4

The Byre gives couples and families cosy semi-detached accommodation all on one level with wood flooring fitted throughout. There is a large open plan living area. A newly fitted kitchen has a double oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Perfect for 2 couples sharing with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms include 1 king and 1 twin/ superking with zip and link beds. 2 bathrooms are available, including 1 with bath and shower over and 1 shower room with a walk in shower and rainfall shower.

Extra Information

We welcome well-behaved dogs in The Byre & The Dairy at an additional cost of £20 per week.

Travel Cots (no bedding) and highchairs are available on request. All three cottages have full central heating at no extra cost and The Hayloft also has a wood burner. Electricity included in price. Linen and towels are included at no extra cost (please provide your own beach towels and cot bedding). The barns have free Wi-Fi facilities for browsing. All the barns have a dishwasher and washing machine and a rotary dryer. The Byre and The Dairy have smart TVs whilst The Hayloft has a flat screen TV and DVD player. Each cottage has its own books and indoor games for all ages and there are shared outdoor games.

The barns can be booked together to sleep 14 people but we do not accept bookings from stag/hen parties or groups of young people under 21.
