Stables is a self catering holiday home. It is on the outskirts of Stratton. This is just a short drive to the popular Cornish town of Bude.

About Stables

This lovely cottage sleeps 6 in two double bedrooms (one en suite) and a twin bedded room. It has wide access doors. This makes it ideal for guests wanting to be on a single level with easy parking close by. It is an excellent choice if your party includes less mobile members.

Visiting Stratton & Exploring Cornwall

The National Trust beach at Sandymouth is approx 3-4 miles distant. Guests at Ivyleaf Barton Cottages enjoy free use of a re-surfaced all weather full size tennis court. There are some rackets and balls available for use if your have forgotten your own equipment.

There is a privately owned 9 hole golf course and driving range. The par 33 course starts from just in front of cottages Barn, Mill, Granary and Stables.

The golf course owners have opened a Mountain Boarding Slope where boards and tuition are available.

The village of Kilkhampton is a couple of miles away and boasts:

Two excellent pubs serving food.
Two local shops.
A butcher.
Post Office.
Bakery.
