Portachullin Holidays is a semi detached seaside holiday cottage is at the end of the road, directly on the shores of Loch Carron, this self catering cottage offers modern accommodation of a high standard.

Our holiday cottage has magnificent sea views to Plockton village and the Cullins of Skye and is ideal for those who wish to bring their own boats or windsurfers. Plenty of local walks and hill walks with an abundance of wildlife (Otters, seals and pine-martins) Lots of sea birds.

Outside

Patio doors lead on to veranda with table and chairs. Parking for 2 cars. 1 obedient pet welcome as the property is on a working croft with sheep and lambs.

Places to Visit

Plockton has a natural harbour in a superb setting where you can catch Calum's Boat to go on seal and dolphin trips. Pass through the village of Lochcarron and Kishorn to the village of Applecross with the famous "Pass of the Cattle" which offers a superb vista of Skye and Raasay.

Eileen Donan Castle nestles between the sea and the Five Sisters at Dornie. Visit Lochalsh Woodland Centre, Plockton's rare breeds conservation centre, the Falls of Glomach, Kintail Clan MacLennan Museum, Raasay House, Dunvegan and Armadale castles.

The Otter Haven at Kylerhea is well worth a visit where you can see protected otters at play in natural surroundings, also an abundance of wildlife can be seen from the otter hide.

Boats and canoes can also be hired in Plockton.
